• Credit or debit card including Visa, MasterCard or Discover
• Payment by appointment (total fee divided by the number of appointments it takes to complete treatment)
• Healthcare Financing Partners including Care Credit or Citi Health Card.  Take advantage of up to 12 months no interest and longer extended plans.
• Three month “in house” payment plans using a form of automatic debit or postdated checks

Please remember to bring all insurance information and verification with you to your appointment.  Our team is happy to file any insurance claims as a benefit to you.
